I am feeling supremely unmotivated. I just can't be bothered to care about anything. I just want to lie in bed and stop existing for a little while.
There are three possibilities for why this is happening: 1. upping to 20mg of Zyprexa, 2. depression, 3. negative symptoms. Or maybe a combination of all three. Today I saw an angel disguised as a human. I'm being followed. Sorry, there is no real point to this post. I just need some support to keep going.

I don't know about the zyprexa, but I'd guess combination of things. I'm sorry you're in such discomfort. I don't think I'm ever important enough to be followed by spirits but I have been fortunate enough to interact with them sometimes. I do believe them to walk amongst us though, because, after all, we are spiritual beings walking amongst ourselves. I simply choose to accept that I'm being monitored/recorded/influenced/etc and remind myself that I make my own choices regardless.

Sometimes motivation comes after the action rather than before. We have to do before we feel like continuing doing.

They presented him the words: "And this, too, shall pass away." How much it expresses! How chastening in the hour of pride! How consoling in the depths of affliction! ---"Address before the Wisconsin State Agricultural Society". Abraham Lincoln Online. Milwaukee, Wisconsin. September 30, 1859. |

Sorry you're struggling.
![]() My only advice is to find little things to accomplish. For example, take a shower. Accomplishing that can make you feel a little more motivated, even if you don't get things done that you want to get done. But it at least makes you feel like you did something positive, and that's what's important. That can ward off some of the negative thoughts, even if it's only temporary. Sorry if my advice sucks |

![]() ![]() I hope you are able to get out of bed and do some things. Do you live alone? I hope someone is around that can help. Have you considered going to the hospital? |

Hospital isn't an option because I live abroad in Cairo. If things get really bad I'll fly home to the states and seek hospital there, but I'm not at that point yet. Thanks for the support.
