I took my meds last night if that counts. I was way more agitated and anxious than I realized. Before I took the klonopin I thought I was doing ok but when it kicked in I realized I was just barely holding it together. I relaxed for the first time in weeks. I hadn't slept more than 4 hours either. Last night I slept for 8. I hope I take my meds tonight. I don't know if I will.

Even took my bigger new Lamictal dose...fingers crossed. |

When the programme doesn't screw up my refill schedule...which they almost always do...I take my meds faithfully every day.
