Psychosis from the schizoaffective which has been a relatively recent thing. I've had social anxiety my whole life, but thankfully the Zyprexa has helped both of these things.

I have PTSD from my manic episodes because of how embarrassing they were, which I think is amplified by the social anxiety because I'm afraid of embarrassing myself and I became the complete opposite of who I was (a quiet, introverted person). And body dysmorphia about my skin, which Lithium is making very difficult because of the acne it is causing. Don't really feel like leaving the house because I'm so self-conscious about it.

At the moment my mood is good but I'm having anhedonia and no motivation, so I don't know if it's a depressive episode or negative symptoms. Either way, it's really draining but otherwise I feel actually normal

Psych, besides BP : c-PTSD, GAD and BDD.
Physical: hip, L-4, L-5 problems causing ROM and nerve issues, elbow problems, some arthritis. Am I forgetting anything, lol? Gettin' old people, gettin' old...

Used to deal with migraines. Interestingly enough, they stopped when Lamictal came onboard.

Enough physical disorders/diseases/issues to fill up two A4 pages. Not comfortable sharing them as it may identify me. In some cases I’m the oldest living person with the illness.

I mainly suffer from general anxiety and depression but they both are likely related to BP. I was also once diagnosed with schizoid personality once but my current psychiatrist disagrees. I also have hypertension but it's been under control for years.

I think that gad , panic etc just falls under the Bipolar umbrella, like seriously I have never met a person with bipolar that doesn’t have anxiety , insomnia etc .... I just don’t see them as separate symptoms or illness.

jmho of course.

I agree. Yet somehow they managed to leave the criteria off our BP list.
Oh, what to do, what to do...
Thanks for this!

Chronic migraines that thankfully are much helped by treatment, both preventive and acute.

I have some structural issues with the skeleton and sometimes have flareups of pain in the right leg and foot.

I live with several chronic pain conditions and a few psych conditions.
I don't feel led to list them all.

I struggle with: Spirituality and Mastering Unconditional Love.

Unconditional Love is Pure Love.

Pure Love is healing... for all Beings.

If only I can, somehow: Always Love Everyone Unconditionally.
