So one of the main reason I am depressed is my dream job how close I was to it Nd how it was taken away. That created a sh it rolling downhill effect, that led to other issues manifesting itself.
So Memorial Day just passed and I once again got depressed. This was cause of another dream I had thought I would of accomplished by now. Wife kids, dog bbqing in our own home. Smiling being happy. I don’t think this is one I have to let go. I think it is possible but it made me sad that hasn’t happened yet.

Giving up dreams is hard. I've had to find some new dreams since my diagnosis.
Having said that, it's never too late to find love.

I had so many dreams crushed that I just gave up dreaming...putting all my eggs in one basket...
Now my approach is “things that I would like to do”- so if it doesn’t happen, it’s no big deal. I’ve noticed that I can get so caught up on the thing that will fix everything...and when it falls through...everything crashes. I guess you can call that other things....but I can romanticize with all earnest to be greatly disappointed. Sometimes I wonder if I’m borderline as well. |
