I have no one to describe my suicidal feelings that will understand and not freak out. I can talk to my T some but have to be careful or she will throw me in the hospital. A lot of the feelings I am having I have a hard time explaining anyways. I to my T today things were 50/50 between living or dying. She says she is very worried on wants me inpatient or at the very least IOP. There are just too many negatives to that right now that I can’t.

You can always get a listening ear at the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
Call 1-800-273-8255.
Keep in mind that your family/friends probably freak out because they care about you and don't know how to respond. I found telling the person what I wanted/needed got me the best result.
Thanks for this!

I hope that, in some way, you will be able to reach out in real life for the help you need. Please take care...

I'm sorry you're suffering so much. Maybe some time in the hospital would help.
Thanks for this!

But maybe the hospital or IOP is best... I know how timing can seem bad, but your safety is most important. Stay safe, and if you don't think you can, please take the help of hospital or IOP, ok?
Thanks for this!

Since you can't get out of bed anyway, it seems that IP would be a very good place for you at this time. What do you think?

I agree with innerzone. If it is 50/50 hospitalization or IOP may be your best option. You don't want it to get out of control.
