The earth could be on the verge of destruction , the second coming happens and I missed it …

no problem … cool and calm …

forget a password and the anger becomes so great I could drive a car thru a wall …

I had forgotten how thin my veneer is … how easy it can all go to pot …

the little things have always been my weakness … settling down now but for a while just stay out of my way …

this is why I spend all my time trying to avoid any stress or confrontation … kinda scary for the wife to experience …

but I made it this time with no xanex … and not lashing out at anyone … getting better …

I guess the meds are having some effect … the anger still flares up but I am in a place with

the meds to handle it in a non violent way … not even turning the anger on my self …

for me this is a success … may not seem like much to you but for me it is a real win …

Actually unbridled anger at the little things... especially anger turned inward... is something I am all too familiar with. So this does sound like a big deal to me. Congratulations...

I was on fire this morning. Furious about all kinds of stuff...nothing was working. I think I finally calmed down a few hours later. I grumbled to my husband for a bit, but not the break stuff and cuss loudly sort of thing I used to do. I guess that's progress...good that you're progressing too.

You did a great job!

I flipped over dropping the dish towel twice on the way to the laundry room, was ridiculous

Keeping the anger from running away with you is a triumph! I myself used to have a terrible problem with rage, especially when full-blown manic. I still get angry from time to time but it takes a lot to get me worked up anymore. Mood stabilizers have transformed me from a very pissed-off person to a quite mellow human being. My family now thinks of me as the voice of reason...a big change from the way things used to be.

I have learned , after times of anger, that nobody can't take more than a third "you're right". Yes, "you're right". "I understand I shouldn't repeate it, but you're right"."Wanna hear it again?." OK. You are right!!!.
