I know I need to find help asap... the problem is... i don't I will comite to a therapist who is not near by or who is too stricked... I'm 29 years old... and for some reason I get into the f it mood to everything. I'm surprised I kept this job as long as I did. Anyways.... Is there and online or phone thing that could help me start on the right path?

I tried the talkspace thing for a time at the very beginning because it was the weekend and I was desperate. It is expensive and insurance doesn't cover it. Plus, I was sorely disappointed in the response of the therapist. It was very intermittent and nothing like sitting in front of someone to talk out issues. Why don't you want to do see someone close? Because the one you saw was too strict? Sorry, I'm unclear on the first part of your thread. But, you may need someone who is strict. Mine is a good combination of strict and committed.

I agree. Talking to some in person is a very different experience. It's something worth considering if you're willing to do that.

But another option is to go to your local community mental health center. They can help you get started, and they'll do it for free (I believe).

I agree, this is how I started my very first therapy. It was free, and very thorough. Good luck!
