What part is scary? Are you going to a hospital you've been to before?

Ip helped some. I don’t feel suicidal anymore. But no my mom is still gone and my brother won’t stay home so I’m alone and I just hate being alone, it scares me. That’s usually when hallucinations are the worst

Focus on your breathing. Remind your self your safe and Mom will be home in X days you can manage. What new coping skills did you learn in IP ?

Can you distract yourself? My pdoc is recommending a couple of mindfulness apps. One is headspace and one is the mindfulness app. They are free with options to add paid for options.
I'm enjoying a free game called WordCrossy. I've been extremely anxious and it helps.

Thanks for the suggestions. My mom is supposed to be back a week from Monday I think. I will try to find an app thanks. My breathing is horrible. I can never calm down and my heart rate is always sky high. I have such horrible anxiety and nothing helps. I’m worried I’m just going to end up being super bad off again. I already took all my night meds like an hour ago. They usually knock me out but I’m not even tired
