My building is fine. I'm in public housing, but in the capital city. There will be units ready in about a month or two. Message for details

They hire at the small grocery nearby sometimes. There are better jobs, and my building is disabled and elderly. It's an old building with security doors. I survive here ok on SSDI.

But I can’t be an hour from my granny and I like my therapist and dr a lot and they’re in Louisville. I’m gonna look into local income based apt and get on waiting list.

Don't let your sister get underneath your skin. You already know what she is about. So it isn't surprising what she is doing. I would also keep an eye out on what it would take to prevent her from doing this again at a later date.

I’m relieved that two mental health professionals have told me I have nothing to worry about but I’m just so pissed

I can imagine the feelings of betrayal are intense. I'm so sorry you are going through this. I hope your sister drops this and talks to you truthfully soon. It would be sad to go through this and lose a sister at the same time.

You've said you care for your grandmother. Could this be a play from your sister to get some sort of control over her, too? It's obvious that your sister doesn't care whom she hurts

Your sister could use a good psych team for herself, I'm thinking.

So I got copies of the petition. She wrote that I have bipolar, depression and split personality. She has NO idea what she’s even talking about! *****!

I have to go this Thursday for an evaluation by a psychologist and my sister wants to take me. We currently aren’t talking. I said I’d follow her

I would avoid going with anyone because you might be seen as them needing to go.

Sorry, just saw this HallieBeth. I'd be upset too. I have to wonder why she thinks she has any business going to your evaluation (even if it only "to" and not "into"). I'd definitely go there independently if possible. Possible, yes?

Before you leave the office, tell your sister, "this looks like a good starting place for you to get the help you obviously need for you" and then walk away
