That may be, BUT, remember, you have the backing of actual psychological professionals. Against what? Your non-professional sister's say so.

Who did she say that too? To you personally, or is that in the legal papers?

Hopefully this is the one and only time she will try this and get support from the County Attorney. I am not in the US. Does that mean the government is paying her attorney to do this to you?

Do you also have an attorney representing your interests?

Does your sister actually have a life? I think you've said she has kids. How does she take care of them? Is she in a relationship? Maybe she needs to be? Or, at least she needs to get ......
I know I'm angry over this, but she needs to eff off. Unless you're asking her for help, she needs to take care of herself.

Umm I’m not sure how much she is paying now for this. I have an attorney that’s been appointed to me but I’ve yet to hear from them. My psyd said to be patient and they will contact me before the pretrial. I’m getting fed up!!!!

Saw my family dr so she could fill out the exam
Paperwork for this crap. She said she doesn’t think I need a guardian but wants to talk to my sister. Great! Just great! She’ll fill her mind with all the bad things I do when I’m
Unwell!!!!!

You've never said, but do you have a boyfriend or girlfriend or are you married? They could provide huge insights for the doctors. I want to make this all go away for you so badly. You don't deserve to be shoved through all this. Your sister's boundaries, self-controls, and decencies are all so lacking and generally terrible. I wish I could help and I spent a long time thinking about this last night, but there's nothing I can do but send you good energy. So, that's what I'm doing.
Thanks for this!

I think the family doctor is just following her legal duty. When you speak to your lawyer ask him or her what can be done to prevent your sister from doing this again. It must be so stressful to go through. I would be furious at the invasion of my privacy but you have no choice but to go through with this humiliating process. Did you tell your family dr how you feel about your sister talking to her?

I am not sure if that is the right thing to do or not but am just raising the question.

When will this be over with?
