Yes, I agree with all the others, franz kafka Call your doctor or contact an hospital. You can even try to call an hotline if you're feeling suicidal. Anything to keep you safe. Please stay safe. Keep in touch with us if you can and want to and let us know what you decide to do. Please hang in there. There's nothing wrong with asking for some help. Just STAY SAFE, ok? You deserve a much, much better life, but of course you need to be alive to live it. Please hang on to that. It will get easier. Your suffering won't last forever. I'm sure of that. I am going to email pdoc to see if he wants to do a med adjustment. I am also considering IOP. Thanks all for the responses.

I'm really glad you're going to tell your pdoc how you're feeling. IOP sounds like a good option. I hope you can do it.

That all sounds like a good plan. This is the third time in a month or so you've needed to consider help, so maybe something more than just a med adjustment is necessary to help get you back in balance. I wish you all the best. I know it has been a difficult couple of weeks for you. Hang in there.

Pdoc bumped my clozapine up to 400mg. I hope this helps! I met with tdoc today and she didn't think I needed hospital.

I don't want to exist anymore. Trying hard to avoid buying SH instruments.

Please don't harm yourself. It seems like you might need some help quickly. Can you call your therapist or pdoc? Or go to an ED if you really feel like you're not safe?
