I’m grateful we got a little bit of snow I love driving around in it. It’s like magical to me.

I’m grateful I had the foods I needed to cook so many things today , I’m blessed for sure

I'm grateful for the support my family provides me.

I'm grateful that my mom's friend is willing to repair my car and is looking for cheap parts at pick and pull.

I am grateful for grace. So many people offered it to me when I was sick. I had the chance to offer it to someone today.

I’m grateful my Mum took me out to go for a brief swim in the ocean. It really lifted my mood and energy.

I am grateful my son's medical tests came back normal. We have one additional appointment with his doctor, but then we should be able to get back to our lives without this hanging over us.

I'm grateful that I finally went to see my dad after quite a while. He seemed to be feeling much better in all respects, and was looking forward to very positive things. I even took him to the grocery store to get out of the assisted living facility for a bit.

Fern taught me that an experiment has shown that being grateful can change your brain chemistry. Tho this holiday season has been challenging, I made a list this morning of the things I am grateful for and it was almost a page long.
I have to remember not to sweat the small stuff, to keep things in perspective.
Thanks Fern!

You're most welcome Great stuff, and it is awesome you had such a long list!

Gratitude has also been shown to affect water. Our bodies contain a lot of water. So does our food. Saying a blessing before consuming makes a lot more sense to me now as more than just a spiritual practice.

I’m very grateful I get to hug my daughter tomorrow she’s really having a hard time right now. I’m especially glad that my husband finally understands how difficult the trips are for me mentally and physically so we have agreed to a max of 2 weeks being gone.

I am grateful to my family and my medication. Through my difficult times, they were there to help me. I really cherish my family and always will. I have a dysfunctional family but we support each other despite our idiosyncrasies. I am happy and feel blessed about my situation. I also am grateful to this site and hope it remains available indefinitely to those like myself who have problems and don't know what to do at times. Thank you very much!! Happy Holidays to all!!
