Feeling really bad (trigger sui)

Hey, I'm feeling very anxious at the moment just at my parents from meeting my friend I was out for 3 hours with her. My sister has taken tomorrow morning off her work so she is going to come to my appt with me to see Psychiatrist. I had a long talk with my friend.

That is wonderful your sister can go. That way you don't have to worry so much as you will hsve someone there for support and to help you remember everything the doctor says. It is a huge blessing you have family a d friends rallying around you at this time. They are showing you how much you mean to them. I'm happy you are allowing them to help.

Yeah its gonna be a hard appt I think not looking forward to it. Unsure if my Sister is coming in with me or not though

Have you been able to calm yourself, making yourself more comfortable? I hope so.

One of the methods you can try is to visualize your morning, with as much detail as possible. In this visualization, make things go exactly the way you want things to go. See if you can achieve even more focus/concentration for when you arrive at the Dr's office. Consider all of the details that might occur at his office, having switched everything to the postitive and to whatever is TRULY best for you. This approach will not hurt you or hurt anything. It won't have many side-effects, no hangover, etc.
Just a thought.

Thanks guys, my sister and I have spoken she will drive me there and wait in the waiting room for me my appt will last 15 mins max I think, they never run longer than that.

I stupidly hurt myself tonight think I'm stressing about tomorrow my appt is in less than 12 hours. So its getting closer.

Are you worried about what your pdoc will say? I am glad your sister will be joining you, and glad you will be seeing your pdoc soon.

I was in 10 mins. He's up my anti-psychotic to 20mg from 15mg. He's also given me Propanol 40mg twice a day. I'm to call the GP tomorrow for my script. He's going to see me in 6 months and get an nurse who does relief for them to call me next week as my nurse is off on holiday. My Sister stayed in the car. I was in tears feel like an idiot

Oh...I’m so sorry you felt like an idiot! I’m sure she understands though. You are having a tough time and she knows it!

I can’t believe your pdoc only sees you for 10 mins! What can really be made clear and worked out in that amount of time??!! I wish you had someone who was more available to you! How are you feeling now? I hope the med adjustments are helpful and quickly! Are you still feeling suicidal?

Yeah still feeling suicidal. I might not get my new meds for a week depending on my GP. Yeah we only get 10 min appts it sucks but I'm use to it.
