Thanks, she will know what's been going on as the hospital have requested this to be done before I actually see her again on 6th. I will tell her my symptoms purely for the fact its massively impacting on my life and it's very sore. Also I can't keep going on like this as I'm miserable. The meds they gave me aren't working I'm on Codeine, Naproxen and Paracetamol.

I know this doesn't mean much, but it pisses me off. Some jackass at my company sent an email to a bunch of people thanking my former boss for being "inspirational." This douchebag of a boss promised me a promotion and a raise, but gave me neither of them after I complained about one of his favorite employees he managed. He also took money off of my bonus for every minute I was late to a meeting. For example, if I had a conference call at 10am and I showed up at 10:01am, he'd take $100 off my bonus. It didn't matter if my phone or my computer wasn't working; I still got money taken off my bonus. And the amount of bonus money was eligible for was not that much in the first place. Then he treated me like dogshit by giving me projects he knew I couldn't do. It was no coincidence, as all of this happened after I complained.

I don't know how/why my boss still works for my company. I thought he was fired. Or maybe he was just scolded. I don't know. My current boss vouched for me and reported him. (This was like 3 years ago, though.) But I pretty much lost $700 off my bonus because I showed up for a meeting 7 mins late. I was taking care of my grandma who had dementia and needed help going to the bathroom. But no, he didn't care. He's a f**ing sack of s***.

In my experience, when people like this douchebag continue to get promoted, it is almost always as a result of being tight with someone in a more lofty position with serious authority and power. Someone has his back. That's the problem, usually.

Whenever I hear about horrible bosses I think of Frank burns on MASH, he went totally off the rails but got promoted. Seems like there's a frank burns in every company.

Amazon says my new (used) book won't be arriving until the latest date they quoted- the 14th. Maybe it will come earlier anyway.

Laying in bed listening to a different CD. Its relaxing.

Speaking of relaxing Im at the end of "Manic". Too bad- I was wanting to start "Electro Boy" right after.

Wednesday, I have a check up with my liver dr. He's going to scold me for not being thin. And why is there a 7 pound discrepancy between drs scales and my home scale? Stupid home scale. Of course they weigh me in my coat and steel-toed boots...

Waiting for N3 to get home but I bet it wont be until 9ish.

Went to lunch with my friend today. No exciting conversation. Feel its a waste of money if I don't have a good time.

I'm in my pajamas waiting to switch over the laundry.

My best friend went to key west Wednesday. Should be back sometime today as he works tomorrow.

The douchebag himself may have power issues and is taking them out on their chosen person for just that- a power trip.

Enjoying my new apartment. Did some grocery, clothes, shopping and got some stuff for the house. I'm not finished moving, I will be in a couple weeks or less. I've been super busy with moving stuff and errands.

My mood is really good. I feel like this place will be much better for my mental health.

My sister gave me her fitbit flex 2 so I can track steps and sleep. I find that very motivating and helpful.

Hope everyone is doing well

Thank you for the post that supported me to stay away from the abusive man. I am doing that. I met some pen pals online. One was from France again but I told him I was not interested in long-term relationships. The other man is a orthopedic surgeon in the place where I am moving. We are still chatting about each other. I think we will be pen pals for awhile. I am not in a hurry to meet anybody yet. I am moving next month. Thank you all for your support!! I am feeling well. lol, the orthopedic surgeon told me he was based in Afghanistan. Yeah right!! blocked him for life!! Well, he was fun to talk with but I am not a sucker anymore! Back to reality again!

I just watched the most amazing act on America's got talent. A 22 year old autiistic and blind man sang and accompanied himself on the piano. Gorgeous voice! Really moving performance. Maybe Im just emotional tonight. They gave him a gold star buzzer which is apparently something very special. This review from me- someone who isnt easy with compliments.

ANOTHER MED SAVINGS PLAN!

SINGLECARE

SINGLECARE.COM

Must shop at :CVS, Target, Longs Drugs, Walmart, Kroger, Fry's, Harris Teeter, Walgreens, or Duane Reade.

I use CVS, for example. I have fairly good med insurance. Singlecare's prices would save me another $10 - $20. per prescription.
Once you get to the Singlecare site, you will see many other plan options (with different guidelines)!

I hope this helps!

I am going to put these resources on the thread I have already created for such. I am noting them here, as well. I may not get to my thread today as I have a very busy schedule today. This resource is a foundation which helps with co-pays for meds and for co-pays for treatment. Many of us have at least one of the chronic conditions on their list.

If interested, check it out!

The Patient Access Network (PAN) Foundation is an independent, national 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to helping federally and commercially insured people living with life-threatening, chronic and rare diseases with the out-of-pocket costs for their prescribed medications. Partnering with generous donors, healthcare providers and pharmacies, PAN provides the underinsured population access to the healthcare treatments they need to best manage their conditions and focus on improving their quality of life. Since its founding in 2004, PAN has provided nearly 1 million underinsured patients with over $3 billion in financial assistance, through close to 70 disease-specific programs.

MISSION STATEMENT
To help underinsured people with life-threatening, chronic and rare diseases get the medications and treatments they need by assisting with their out-of-pocket costs and advocating for improved access and affordability.

I'm just sick of the politics at work, my old boss aside. I think I am going to start applying for new jobs, but... not just yet. I am going to spend the rest of the winter, spring, and summer building up some skills so that I can do well in an interview by the time my management duties are over. I think I am not growing at my current job, so I want something different. But I want the management experience so that it beefs up my resume.

Anyway, I am going to brush up on my mathematics and such. I need to know the theory well if I want to interview again. I am out of touch because I haven't used it in so long. (This is part of why I hate my current job.)

Oh well. Things will get better by the end of summer. I'm confident.

First week of Risperidone.

Yesterday I was feeling something odd. I think it was happiness :-) Not manic, through the roof, excited, but real, true happiness. I'm not crowning risperidone as my salvation just yet, but I have noticed a big difference this week. A bump up for my lithium dose has something to do with it too, I'm sure.
But I'll take the happiness and contentment wherever I can get it.

On the negative side, I'm still having occasional audio hallucinations, and I'm very groggy when I wake in the morning,

Thank You!

Yes, I have a fairly lengthy list on a thread.
I have more to add. I thought the 2 I had added recently to the check - in thread might be helpful to people before I have time to update the thread. I do hope to see if the thread can become a sticky. If so, I hope to have it posted in several forums.

I am hoping this will help with ECT, too, for our friend with immediate need in order to continue his care..

I appreciate your feedback!

Yay for happiness and contentment! That's huge in my book!

If you know they are hallucinations and they aren't bothering you, i wouldnt worry too much about them.
