The cool insomnia club #2

I finally got back to sleep around 4:30. I woke up at 7:15. I feel tired but I feel like I can function at least.

I slept pretty good last night. I had my unisom and white noise on. Usually I don’t sleep too well in hotels. I did not take my Geodon and go back to sleep though. I took it when I woke up at 5. So I hope I don’t have too much trouble with tiredness today.

Despite the depression and anxiety I'm struggling mightily with right now, my sleep remains solid. It's amazing to fall asleep at 10 and stay asleep until dawn!

I was sleeping soundly until a cat knocked a shelf over. I thought I was dreaming or my brother was having a heart attack. It woke my mom up too who was freaking out. It’s only midnight.

Up around 1:30ish and I took out my aligners bc I wanna go back to my old habit of eating candy when I wake up in the middle of the night. WTF?!

Well back to many wake ups during the night. Oh my eyes itch so sad. Had covid dream too. Was a bunch of people not following protocol. Then it snowed and we laid out blankets to drive up this narrow road to the help center. They were setting out cups of coffee in the snow for people to drink.

Last night I slept well. The unisom is really helping my sleep and also my nighttime anxiety. Also the good news last night helped as well.

I took 2 unisom last night. I slept ok. I’m not that tired today.

I’m still doing good with the unisom and sleep. It doesn’t work as quickly as melatonin does but I’m not waking up for long periods of the night and I’m not starving the entire next day like I was with the melatonin. It helps with my nighttime anxiety too.

I slept so good last night. I slept more then 10 hours. I took my Geodon at 4 something and I fell right back asleep until 7:54 which is pretty late for me to get up.

I dont know if im sleeping well or not to be honest.. Some dreams would be nice tho

I’ve been up for about an hour. I woke up for no reason. I keep sneezing. I must have sneezed about 10 times.

I've been sleeping okay lately but last night husband woke me up at 2:45 because he wanted to show me something that he bought. He doesn't think these things through- that waking me isn't a good idea. So then I was up. Sigh.

I just took 2 unisom and a Xanax. That is 4mil of Xanax today. I’ll take my 100mil Geodon in a bit. I feel very sleepy and lethargic but I don’t feel like I’m in danger. I’ve done worse before.

I just want to sleep. I needed all 3 of my nighttime coping skills last night. I even used one this afternoon when I took a nap. I’ve had a lot of sensory overload lately.

I took a mil of Xanax, 2 unisom, and my 100 mil of geodon. So far I’m just very relaxed. I don’t want to go to bed yet but the unisom takes awhile to work.

I woke up with the worst heartburn. And blurry vision too. At least it wasn’t anxiety.

Why am I wide awake before my alarm?? Bleh..

I slept from 7 until half an hour ago. I was thinking of going back to sleep for a couple hours. It’s early but not ridiculously early. This would have been a great time to wake up if I had to work my old job.

This seems to be the magical hour to wake up for me. So annoying.

I fell asleep shortly before 10 last night. I took my Geodon at 7:15 I think and fell back asleep until 8. Then I stayed up until 9 and I fell back asleep until noon. I got enough sleep last night and I only took a couple melatonin early in the evening. Not at midnight or anything. So I assume I’m just depressed today.

I don’t remember too much last night. I fell asleep from 6-8. Then I took a bunch of stuff at 8. I woke up a ton to chug water. I woke up I think at 3 and I took 4mil of Xanax and a Pepcid. But I don’t know why I didn’t take my Geodon at that time. Because I then woke up at 7 to grab something from the medicine cabinet because I ran into my mom who was up but I don’t remember what I took.

For some reason, last night I decided not to take ZzzQuil or melatonin. I took only 12.5mg Seroquel. What do you know...I slept just as well as I do with the otc stuff! Maybe thinking that I need so many sleep aids is not necessary.

Second Moderna shot Thursday, Yesterday I was exhausted like no other in my life, basically have been non stop sleep and wake up still exhausted..

But better than Covid. Friends tell me I should wake up feeling back to normal tomorrow. Im sure hoping !!!

Oh, Christina you’re here. You like my dreams so much, wish I would have posted this morning but it’s faded a lot. I do remember that I was working in some kind of office, really large but at the same time pretty cozy. Everyone was friendly and had cubbies with their own personality. Then some body was killing workers and I was trying to write up notes in the order of people killed and the cops came and wanted all my notes. I was trying to put them in order to copy them on our new colored coppier but they were in a hurry and wanted the originals. Then they took my co workers knitting. And I was like you can’t do that it’s to go to her daughter. And while that was all going on there was something attached to me slowly sucking my life away. I had to solve who was doing the killing to stop it. Then I woke up so I’ve no idea who did it and if I lived or not!!!
