I only took one last night, took some time but I finally fell asleep and had some interesting dreams. The brick work on the roads and bridges was beautiful. Wouldn’t be the greatest to drive on with a car but to walk on they were beautiful.

I took a muscle relaxer last night because I was in the muscle type pain I was in last weekend. Although not nearly as bad. I also had a heating pad and I fell asleep around 7:30. I woke up at 11:50, but not in pain anymore. I was not in control of my Geodon so I just had to stay up until 2. Then I took a melatonin and fell back asleep until 6:30. Despite taking my Geodon and other meds at 7:30 and not going back to sleep, I feel rested. I just had a coffee though.

I fell asleep at 8:30. I woke up at 8:58. Then I woke up a couple more times after that. Now I’m up. I took a melatonin and a muscle relaxer before I fell asleep. Honestly I don’t know what’s going on. This is the second day in a row where I’ve gone to bed later then normal and still I can’t sleep. I. know I went to bed tonight pretty hungry and I have this weird mucus feeling in my throat that woke me up at least once because I felt like I stopped breathing.

But idk. Lately It seems like I wake up at this time 6 days of the week and no matter what time I fall back asleep I’m always back up at 6:30.

Waiting for a little birdie
who will come and give me some rest.
Til then, the anxiety sits in my chest.

I fell asleep last night around 7 I think. I woke up at 9 to chug water. Then I fell asleep until 1. I was worried I’d be up for a bit but I fell right back asleep. I woke up at 5 feeling rested because I slept through the night mostly. I took 30 milligrams of melatonin. Those aren’t even mine so I’ll probably get in trouble by my mom for taking too many.

Slept from 12:30 to 2. I haven't slept more than 5 hours (usually less) in one night in a month. Poor brain.

I took a lot last night. An extra 80 geodon, a muscle relaxer, and 20 mil of melatonin. I fell asleep fast at 6 and I woke up around 10 or 11 to eat some mozzarella sticks. I could barely walk. I fell back asleep until 6. I didn’t immediately go for my Valium when I got up. That’s progress. I skipped the Geodon this morning.

I fell asleep around 7. I fell asleep with my music on. I woke up a couple times before I woke up an hour ago. I haven’t been able to see straight since. Not sure why my vision is so blurry

Stopped Ambien last night. Got in a real light half in, half out, sort of sleep for about 3-4 hours. Then up the rest of the night. Pretty sure taking Ambien every day is giving me some side effects on the mild side (slight nausea, headache, fogginess, etc). Kind of tired of feeling blah. Plus I don't want my body to get super addicted. But I know I'm in for some sleepless nights. Which is fine, as long as I'm not up super anxious and panicky and restless. So fingers crossed The cool insomnia club #2. Going out of town anyway. I don't tend to sleep well when I'm not home, even on Ambien.

I fell asleep around 6. I woke up half an hour ago thinking it was 3. I have a massive pain in my neck and I don’t know what it’s from. But I can’t actually move my neck. When I want to look at something I have to turn my entire body. I took a couple Tylenol and I’m using my heating pad. I haven’t checked my temp yet.

Last night I fell asleep around 7 I think. I woke up briefly when people were still up but I didn’t even open my eyes. Then I woke up at 1:30. I drank some iced coffee and ate some Goldfish crackers then I fell back asleep pretty much right away until 5. I feel like I got enough sleep.
