Horrid sleep last night. I didn't feel like I ever truly slept. First covid vax this morning, came home and slept for 4 hours. I should get my head together and take a walk, but I might just go back and sleep some more. I'm loopy-tired. I woke up and for a second I thought it was 1984. I was thinking about women's suits with huge shoulder pads. Yuck-o-la.

I’ve been having a horrible time getting to sleep. I often don’t fall asleep till around 6-7 am despite following all my normal routines. Then when I do sleep I’ve been dreaming of losing everything. Like last night. I was in a third floor attic where a woman was selling 2nd hand things and it was my stuff. I had no money to buy it back again and was trying to barter with nothing. Putting stuff into a clear plastic case. To display

DLS is still messing with me. I am kinda bummed right now and I want to just go to sleep but I still feel like it’s an hour early. I’ve been having a lot of daytime drowsiness this year and this time change isn’t helping.

I slept pretty good last night. I don’t actually really remember what time I fell asleep. I took my Geodon though sometime in the middle of the night so I’m not exhausted the way I was yesterday.

Last night was hopeless. Just tossed and turned by my usual time (7am) of falling asleep I gave up. Hopefully tonight I will get some sleep.

I tried going to sleep last night around 7. I put on Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon since that always puts me to sleep. I fell asleep right as the clocks were chiming on Time. But then I woke up really early half an hour ago for some reason. Now I’m wide awake and super anxious.
I’d like to be able to just stay up. The way a lot of people with BP do when they don’t sleep. But I can’t function if I don’t get 6-10 hours of sleep. Like no matter how much caffeine I drink I won’t be able to get out of bed the next day.

Well I'm up again at my usual time. This time I woke up thinking about my "friend" situation and I'm so annoyed. Why am I letting these thoughts control me right now?? I just want to sleep. I'm so glad it's Friday so that I dont have to wake up early tomorrow.

Got only two hours last night even though I took a temazepam. It's still only 3am so I still have time to get back to bed, but I'm not that tired.

I did a 9 minute guided imagery audio thing on my phone. It helped with my anxiety. I took a 10 milligram melatonin and I fell asleep fairly quickly and now I’m up at my usual time. Probably for an hour or so.
But my sleep schedule got messed up because of DLS just like I expected.

I woke up again at 12:30. I fell asleep with my headphones on but no music was playing. I thought I shut off my music. I don’t know. I fell asleep really fast around 7:30. I only ate a couple pieces of cheese for dinner so maybe that’s why I woke up so early.

Well I woke up around 2:30 this morning and had a hard time going back to sleep. And then I woke up again around 5. This is annoying. I need to get over this person and get my life back.

I don't know which med is causing it, but I'm having insane dreams that are so vivid they seriously affect my sleep. Not only vivid, but freaky and upsetting. And, they keep waking me up. Not good.

I had an upsetting dream too. My grandma was in it and for some reason I was treating her badly. And that really bothers me bc I miss her so much.

I woke up about an hour ago. I had this weird dream where I was hungry but I was not given any food. I was in some hospital. Finally I just ate the top half off a small cake that was on a table with a bunch of other cakes. I Then I realized it was a wedding cake for someone’s wedding. It tasted good though.

I just want one day where I sleep until 11 or noon. The last time I slept until noon was 10 years ago. A few years ago I was working 2:30-7:30PM at work. So then I’d come home and eat dinner and watch TV and not get to sleep until 11. Then I’d wake up at 10AM. It was awesome. But now it’s flipped around and no matter what time I go to bed I always wake up at 6:30 or 7AM with at least an hour but often longer of being up in the middle of the night.

It's absolutely crazy, but for the past few nights I've been sleeping (with a couple of short awakenings) all the way from 9 to dawn. Time change? I don't know.

I’m ok with taking the unisom now. It was just that one day thing until I got used to it. But I fell asleep at 8 and I woke up a couple minutes ago at 1:05 feeling incredibly confused as to why it was 2 days before Christmas and no one seemed to care. Then I woke up and realized it was March 25
Now I’ve been up for 45 minutes. I woke up at the same time as usual despite the unisom.

I fell into a deep sleep for about 3 hours. But I’ve been up since. I’m telling myself it’s ok to not sleep good every once in awhile. I can always sleep in the car. I just get super cranky and anxious when I don’t sleep well but I’ve been better at hiding my bad moods from my family. Especially these last few days.
Edit: I’m trying everything to fall asleep and nothing has worked. I’ve tried mindfulness, deep breathing, weighted blankets, and white noise. I’m just gonna get up in an hour or 1.5 hours if I can’t back and just chalk it up as a loss for sleep.
