I like it as a flavoring in soup or like tuna salad as a crunch element etc, but not so much plain.

How do you like your carrots Bipolar Questions #6 prepared?

I like celery. It's perhaps not my favorite vegetable, but in some things it adds the right flavor and texture. How could many soups, stews, or stocks be what they are without celery? So many cold salads (tuna, chicken, pasta) would be lesser without it. Buffalo wings would not be quite as good without the celery sticks. I also love celery soup, though I also use celeriac in it, too.

Q: See bpcyclist's question in the post above (not the one you see quoted in this post, that's older). We answered at the same time. He beat me to it.
Thanks for this!

I like it in eggplant Parmesan but sometimes it’s bitter and ruins the whole thing so I consider it a risk....

Ever had celery juice?

I don't watch that much TV at all. When I do, it's news, late night comedy shows, the occasional Jeopardy game, a documentary, or a movie. I don't think I could even name one current sitcom or drama show. I used to like "House" a bit, but that's long since off air. With all of the channels we get, I do watch stand up comedy from time to time. I've watched "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee". Honestly, if my husband didn't watch TV, I would likely rarely watch it. When he's at work, I never watch TV. When I lived in California and Taiwan, I didn't even own a TV. That was a long while ago in the 1990s. Back then I didn't have a cell phone, nor did I have a car, or any form of computer. I walked everywhere until I got a bike in Taiwan. Then I biked everywhere. I likely would want a smart phone at all times in the future, but maybe not a TV.

Q: What special book do you still have since your teenage years?

I was in the pharmacy picking up something I needed for a patient when the first plane hit. For the rest of it I was at work in a basement where we had no tv or radio information so we heard a lot of misinformation.

How tall are you?
