What was your ambition when little? Or, what was your favourite game?

Softball was my favorite game as a child. I also wanted to be an emergency room doctor.

Do you still have any toys or objects from your childhood?

Yes, I have a large, thick book of fairy tales, my copy of Little Women, and a little horse made from silk that I bought when I was a little girl in Berkeley.

Do you prefer fiction or non-fiction?

I do, but it's a healthy one. Not narcissistic or grandiose. I certainly don't think saying yes is a bad thing. I guess I am lucky. There were times when people bullied me or criticized me in the past. Some negative feedback was unjustified, others were and were important to hear so that I could make proper adjustments. [It's important to know the difference.] No one is perfect, including me, but I see zero good in perpetually bashing myself over certain things. One must be kind to oneself and see and work your good. If you're not/don't, then you're one of your own enemies, sometimes the worst. We must be a friend to ourselves. It's important to work on.

Do you snore?

I love those games you play when you have nothing at all, the sort you can play during a power outage - such as 20 questions, I spy, or geography continuation. I miss having someone in my life to play those sorts of games.

As a kid, what would you do during a power outage?

Hard question. Amadeus, Shawshank Redemption. Though not a movie, the BBC version television Pride and Prejudice is probably number one in my book.

Mostly sad but I've been working on finding happy moments and there were some.

Do you wear single lenses or bifocal/progressive lenses?
