or in other words, things that keep happening regardless of circumstance

mine are:

-I always eat my dinner at 5 30 PM

- I always have poor/ no sleep

- I have a lot of body pain

- I never " plan" the day, what happens happens

- always think about bethany in the back of my mind

- no matter what med I am on, or told to try, it does very little for me

- I switch therapists faster than a model changing outfits in a fashion show

- always think about my abuse/ trauma

- I come on here every day (even if their's nothing to post)

I probably have others but these are main ones

Always struggle with sleep and mood instability. I always never, ever give up. Is that a sentence?

My constants are the same as fern’s. I love my family (small though it is) and fight to be healthy every day. I also love my friends. I’m loved and supported. I also do not ever give up.

Sticking to positive constants, I guess my chocolate addiction has been constant throughout my entire life thus far.
