Thanks BethRags

I haven't experienced withdrawal symptoms except for probably my censor isn't working as well as usual today. In fact almost certainly it isn't Grrrrrr. I deleted some of the messages I didn't ''like'' but I can't delete a PM. Sometimes I don't like waiting and wondering what I have said ''wrong''... anyway I have to log out so I'll keep wondering. I usually keep my censor on for PMs and posts. But that limits authentic communication so it's a dilemma (of course the person I PMd might not even be online or might have more urgent mail. I also never call anyone irl if I'm in crisis as it always makes things worse. Grrrrr

He tries

I'm ''too much'' for most people. He also needs a lot of alone time, and it's not me he is wanting to escape from, he doesn't like talking much to anyone. I told a relative that and they just said ''all men are like that''.... NO. I have known others who are not ''like that''.... but they were also abusers (my ex fiasco for example)

I wonder why I attract so many abusers?

Nooo, you're not bad! I enjoy reading about you. You don't usually tell us much about your daily life

Thanks BethRags I just made a long post

I was very sleepy and tired today (not much sleep last night). Today was uneventful mostly except for me talking ''too much'' and about the ''wrong'' things... I was so tired earlier I napped a bit in the afternoon, or tried to. One diazepam last night. I was having some weird memories earlier on... not things I usually remember.

Fuzzy, who tells you that you're talking about the "wrong" things?

A lot of people have told me this... parents, doctors, even therapists... and I talk about the ''wrong'' things when I make Papa bear feel bad (I also ''ruined'' my mother's life I was told this many times.. and that I ''should be punished all my life''..)

I was told the same by my mother. Exactly those words! Do you know, just because some people tell you this or that doesn't mean they are correct.

Who ever told you that about your mother...and that you should be punished all of your life is full of sh**. Sounds like an abuser too.
Do you have to maintain contact with that person. I would avoid them like the plague!

Thanks bizi. Last night was a bit rough, probably just that I was too tired to be on the computer (although I was) and too tired to clean my fangs. I sort of lost track of time a bit. I did get some sleep though, eventually. I had 2 x 5mg diazepam.

I did my very first Klonopin dose reduction Sunday night. It was only a matter of cutting my bedtime pill into 3/4's. Fortunately, I didn't notice any bad effects. It seems that I can try doing that slow, slow taper twice/week after a bit.

1mg. is such a small amount. If you can stay at that dose I think you're doing really well.

I'm doing well with the tiny decrease in Klonopin. I think that after a few weeks, I can go to the tiny decrease 2X/week.
