I decided to put my phone on the living room table for the night to see if that would help my sleep. And it did. I slept almost nonstop from 5:30 last night until 5:15 this morning. I just woke up for a bit at 11 to eat a bowl of Lucky Charms. But I feel a ton better this morning then I've been feeling this last week.

I got 4 or so hours. Maybe a bit less. Then another half hour at 2:30. But I feel like I'm going to ****ing die from this anxiety and I know I probably just need to eat since I have no idea what happened last night. Like no one really explained anything to me and dinner wasn't ready at 5, so I just went to bed and no one woke me up or anything. But my mom is sleeping in the family room and would wake up if I tried heating up a burrito. But I think I have hunger pains maybe instead of bad anxiety.

Did my last night of 10mg. Starting tonight it’s 7.5 last night it was hot so that impacted my sleep. But I got about 5-6 hours. Pretty sure I dreamed but I don’t remember it. Was up at 6 did the dishes before the day heated up, went to aqua fitness, then fitness. Now I’m ready for bed! But it’s hours away. Tomorrow I see the pdoc and ask him for liquid ambien to better take these low doses. And for the 100 mg latuda instead of taking two separate pills.

Been averaging around 5-6 hours a night. Last night was just a little shifted. Fell asleep around 9, woke up just after 3am. Woke up quite rested, so that's a plus.

I took a different brand of melatonin. I needed less and it worked faster then my normal stuff. I got to sleep before 7 without music. I woke up at 2:50 glad it wasn't 12:30 or before. My stomach and anxiety felt fine. I stayed up until 4:45 then I fell back asleep until 6. So it was a good night.

Didn't get any sleep worth a darn. Finally got my eyes closed around 4:30am and didn't wake up until noon. Almost a full 8 hours, I guess, but really bad timing. Going to be fun trying to sleep tonight!

Christina, I’ve been keeping track of my sleep since I started the taper. I’ve noticed a pattern, after I go down I have a few nights where I only get a couple hours of sleep, then it goes back up to 5-7 hrs. So I know to expect a couple bad days after the decrease. That helps. So far I’ve only had one night of zero sleep, so that’s a positive sign. I can’t wait to be off though, free of the shackles of a controlled drug. I wouldn’t be doing this though if I weren’t at such a stable place right now. I know you understand that thinking 🤔

I've been up since 12:30 or so. I had the normal stomach pain and anxiety which tylenol and vaIium took care of. I tried going back to sleep and I thought I was going to have luck but I didn't. I'm still tired but I think I have plans this morning.

Well, Lady Luck was not on my side last night. Looking like it's not on my side tonight! I don't have too much going on tomorrow, so I can afford to sleep in, but I've got to figure out something for the long term. Five hours scattered over 36 is going to come back to bite me eventually. Especially if someone calls me back for an interview.

I woke up at 1 something. I was hoping it was actually before midnight because I really wanted a soda. I stayed up and listened to music and got an hour of sleep around 3:15. I'm not hungry, just thirsty but my thing starts at 8 so thats not bad. I normally get the later procedures.

That’s seems like a typical response to lowered dose. It’s good you see the pattern so it’s less distressing. I’m really happy that you decided to get off it yes I know the feeling ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ Helping others gets me out of my own head ~ |

I had some bizzare sleep episode last night. One of those episodes where you fall asleep and wake up thinking its the morning when its really 7:30 at night. I really went all out though and took my AM meds and weighed myself and I was about to go grab breakfast and asked my mom what she was doing up watching TV in the family room at 7:30AM. Then she told me it was 8 at night. I got back to bed then until 2:30. But I don't know if it was a reaction to the new med I started a couple hours before falling asleep. I've heard this happen to people before though including a time a coworker called the manager at 8PM at night because she thought it was 8AM and she had overslept and was late.
