I got maybe 3 or 4 hours of sleep. I feel a little bit of energy, enough to get some easy things done.

Ugh, very little sleep. Long involved dream about leaving someplace I’m supposed to be and going to an animal shelter where they needed all hands on deck. At first I was kept out as I tried to explain I had worked here before. Finally they gave me the clearance I needed for getting past the locked doors. At first I could only work with the ants and bees cleaning their nests. Then they trusted me enough to work with the cats and dogs. Oh they were so sick but we nursed them 24/7 until they were full of energy then we had to say goodbye as they got adopted.

Passed out at 8pm, was up between 10 and midnight, then woke up again at 2. 4 broken hours total and that was with the "help" of Zzquil and valium

I fell asleep at about 6:30. I woke up at 11:15 or so. I made a small cup of instant Kraft Mac and cheese at 11:50 because I just had a protein drink and a hard boiled egg for dinner and that was at like 3:30.
Possible trigger:
I fell asleep off and on but mostly on until 4. Which is pretty good for me. I had my music turned on and my phone was pretty charged so I was able to wear my headphones the entire time. I don’t feel too bad right now physically or mentally.

I had this dream where I was at Baskin Robins because I wanted a cappuccino blast. I think I’ve had that dream before. When I woke up it was midnight. I don’t feel like complete crap but I know I will if I stay up. Plus I’m hungry but my weight gets screwy when I eat something at this time.

I fell asleep for another few hours. I feel a lot better.

Haven't been sleeping lately. Part of the problem is the neighbors upstairs argue or move their furniture around at like 2am - it's so annoying

I fell into a twilight type sleep for about 15 minutes maybe. I woke up at 4. But it totally woke me up and I took my topamax with a big glass of water and I ate an English muffin and I drank a chocolate Dr. Pepper even though I’m trying not to drink soda and I honestly feel pretty good right now. My therapist says we need to talk about these trippy 15 minute naps I’ve been taking but I’m not sure why we have to talk about them.

Had to be up early for an eye appointment,…so of course I didn’t sleep. Great!

It's 3 a.m. as I type this. I went to bed at midnight and I guess I've been tossing and turning for 3 hours. I took some Benadryl in hope of it making me sleepy. I don't think it's kicked in yet.

Edit:. Now it's 5....

Edit 2: Now it's 6:00

I didn’t sleep too well. I’m in a hotel room with 2 other people so I didn’t get to bed until 9:30. Then one of them doesn’t go to bed until like 1AM. Finally I had to tell him to just turn off the light and use his iPad in the dark. I don’t know what time that was but Fallon was on. Then after that I fell asleep with my headphones on and he started to snore so loudly the entire night he’s gonna end up eventually killing himself by giving himself sleep apnea. I think I woke up at 4AM with a dead phone and no charger. I took a Valium because I was super anxious and I then took one of those trippy 15-20 minute naps I’ve been having lately. I think this is a different generic of Valium that makes me tired after taking it. But yeah not the best night but not really my fault either.

I slept fine last night. I slept from about 5:15-5:30AM I don’t exactly feel rested but I feel decent.

I fell back asleep again until 6:30. To be honest I feel pretty good right now. Better then I’ve been feeling recently.

I fell asleep around 7. I woke up at 8:36 thinking wtf. But I fell back asleep again quickly. I woke up again right around midnight and I thought there was going to be an issue but I fell back asleep within 10 minutes. After that I woke up every 1-2 hours or so but just long enough to check the time. I’m up now but it’s my usual time. This is the second night in a row where I slept good. I’ve been sleeping pretty consistently well since getting the new bed on Tuesday.

I got out of bed feeling like my age. I’m 28 but I could feel 30 coming on this morning.

My sleep cycle is so weird. Lately I'm sleeping in the evenings & awakening somewhere around midnight. I try to go back to sleep, but I just can't. I keep trying to outsmart this thing.

I didn’t take any melatonin so I woke up early at about 1:30. I guess it’s not a big deal. I’m not too tired. At least not right now. I don’t know how things will be by noon.

Edit: I fell back asleep again for over an hour around 3 something. So I feel fine. I didn’t take anything I just drank a Coke and had a protein bar. I ate dinner early last night so I was pretty hungry.

I slept through 9 songs when I fell back asleep including Lose It by Eminem. I must have been in a pretty deep sleep.

I slept until my usual time but I kept waking up but only long enough to check the time. It was a very restless night.

Since the time change I'v gotten into a sleep habit that I would like to change. I'm always very tired when I go to bed around 10p.m. The usual difficulty with falling asleep, but that's actually been better lately. What I don't like is that I awaken around 1a.m. and get up. Then I go back to sleep after a while. My alarm goes off at 5:15a.m. so I can get up and feed the cats and give Sidney her insulin shot. I stay up for awhile, then go back and (hopefully) sleep some more. It's all okay except for the 1a.m. thing. I need to discipline myself to stay in bed instead of getting up at that time. I'm not really taking anything to help me sleep. Occasionally I use ZzzQuil or melatonin.

I had a cheerwine soda around 4 after I was tired and had taken my meds. I thought it was just some kind of cherry soda and those glass bottled sodas dont typically have caffeine. But I noticed after drinking half the bottle that this one did. So I slept for a couple of hours but I've been up for about 45 minutes and its early.

I woke up at 11:30. I fell asleep right around 7 so it wasn't very early. At least for me. I just went to bed super hungry so I woke up super hungry. Part of me wants to go back to sleep the other part wants to stay up so I can sleep in the car and all night this next night.

Edit: I got abot half an hour more of sleep. But its still awhile before I can get up and take a shower. I'm just so hungry and I've had a piece of cheese and 2 mugs of hot tea and a glass of iced tea.
