Sure. I remember really getting into the book "Presumed Innocent" by Scott Turow. Normally I'm not into courthouse/mystery stuff, but that book was rivoting.

Who are your favorite actors (male and/or female)?

James earl jones and Helen Mirren there’s others too but these two have the most gravitas and I like that.

What is your favorite soup?

loaded baked potato.

What is your favorite game?

I'm a fan of trivia. I watch Jeopardy frequently, but if you refer to a board game, I guess Trivial Pursuit. I'm better than average except when it comes to things mostly only young people know. Since I never had children, I've not been exposed to some of that stuff.

Do you prefer your hair short, medium, or long? And what color?

I keep my hair as short as I can get. If I let it go for more than a month, it becomes an unmanageable mess. Never really changed it from my natural color.

What is the most meaningful pursuit you can think of?

I like my hair at all lengths so what I do is cut it short, let it grow for 1-2 years until I get sick of washing it, and then cut it short again. I'm about due for a haircut now.

Do you do any sort of mood tracking/journaling?

I used to use the Daylio app on my phone, but haven't recently.

What is your favorite phone app?

I guess Candy Crush. I use it as a fidget.



Do you mind talking on the phone?

I'm not overly fond of it. I prefer either face-to-face or written correspondence.

When you think of autumn, what things pop up in your mind first?

A scene where I see frost on the ground, dormant trees, and my breath.

How organized are you?

Pretty well organized, at least in the beginning. It's keeping it up that gets me!

Would you say you have a green thumb?

No, I wouldn’t say that. Though I do pretty good at keeping outside flowers going. I can’t seem to get the hang of inside flowers.

What’s the worse movie you ever saw?

I really don't like sci fi or fantasy. So some very popular movies just never interested me enough to watch the whole thing. I'll refrain from listing some that were bad to me because it would give someone else a heart attack.

What is something simple but special someone has done for you?

When I first started living on my own, my mother gave me a book called "Where's Mom Now That I Need Her?" It was a collection of tips and tricks to keep house, do laundry, open a checking account, pros and cons of credit cards and even basic car maintenance to name a few. It's not been used in a while as I know most of the stuff now, but I thought it was rather nice!

I rather enjoy a good B-movie, but one that truly offended me was Predator from 2018. The movie's entire climax revolves around the alien not recognizing what a child looks like and assuming that that child is a great mind, a warrior and a leader of all the mercenaries, scientists and government agents surrounding him because of his autism. Oh, and he's the next step of human evolution and a prize for the Predator. Almost forgot that. I mean, I couldn't take it seriously after that point! Forgetting the autism angle, who looks at a 10 year old and thinks, "Yeah, he's the one in charge!"

Anyone else have crap movies they want to vent about?

We answered at the same time. My answer remains the same:

What is something simple but special someone has done for you?

Not sure if this is considered "simple", but my last psychiatrist (in the US) continued to offer me video sessions for about five months after I moved to Europe. He obviously couldn't prescribe for me anymore, but did manipulate the meds I had on hand a little, after having given me large quantities in refills before my departure. He also never sent me a bill for this period, even though I reminded him to do so. It's been a long time since then. It's so sad that I hadn't seen him face to face for such a long time, because of covid. It's likely that I'll never see him again.

At what time of day do you usually feel at your best?

As far a productivity is concerned, anywhere from 11am-4pm. Anything earlier than that, I'm still trying to build up to a good state. Anything after that, I'm starting to tune out and I want to go home and relax. Personally, I'm very much an evening person!

What quality do people admire the most about you? If you don't know, what quality do you want them to admire about you?

My therapist says I'm courageous.

Have you ever solved a Rubix cube (without cheating!)?

I haven't, but also haven't put much time into trying.

Do you ever play Wordle?

I haven’t actually, I’m not familiar with these new dangled games. I have no APs on my phone.

Would you rather live without the internet or without bathing?

Definitely without the internet. I don't love showers but I do appreciate them

How do you like your eggs?

I like my eggs up, or over easy. The runny yolk is the best part of the egg. I like to sop it up with my toast.

What kind of meat or gravy do you prefer with your breakfast?

None. I just like oatmeal alone.

Do you wear a medical alert tag?

No, but I used to own one. I bought it during a very rough period when I had been diagnosed with simple partial seizures and when my bipolar disorder had brought on some rather scary and freaky events in public. Long story. Thank goodness that period is behind me!

Do you have a memory of all of your grandparents (and maybe great grandparents) or are/were some never personally known to you?
