I am not good at math. I was wrong i lost 19 pounds in 11 weeks.
We hit the road tomorrow will be out of touch for

10 days.going to indiana.
I already cheated on my diet.
It tasted so good.
We treated ourselves to crab cakes, I had the

crawfish enchilada I ate about half of the enchiladas

and jeff had the mahi mahi
fish with a salad and brussel sprouts, I had them
as well as pepper cheesy corn grits.
which were not hot . I had decaffeinated

coffee to drink jeff had an orange martini
which he thought was good.
loved the crab cake!
loved the enchilada though I picked around

to get the crawfish and left half of the tortilla.
I was full and the brussel sprouts were delicious.

I will not get on a scale for 2 weeks!

Happy new years eve!
We have brian coming over from mobile alabama.
Jeffs brother is now about 4 hours from us He said he would be here around 4;30pm
We are going to a friends house for new years.
I got on the scale today and put on 7 pounds. 188.4.
sigh
that is what going on vacations means.
I tried to watch what I ate most days. other days I indulged.
We need to figure out what to bring tonight.
I drank non alcoholic beverages a lot. At the flying saucer I had6 glasses of this delicious watermelon Gose.
I may have told you that before.
My parents sent me flowers for my birthday which are just lovely.
It is odd the vase that they sent them is is not water proof. and was sweating on the outside of the vase
and leaving water marks I put it into a bowl. pink and white aster lilies.
beautiful!
The house is a mess. between all of the presents that we got and all of my stuff from my car laying on the floor by the kitchen.
sigh and my business just continues I left a voice mail message that I was out of town until monday.
brian is here until sunday.
getting ready to go to lunch.
happy new years eve tomorrow is my birthday!

Sounds like a lovely time. Yes it’s hard to watch our foods on vacation. That will melt back off you quickly.

The flowers sound lovely.

I hope you have a wonderful New Years and 2022 is a fantastic year

I am just returned from getting a massage. and he was really good.
He helped my middle back pain and overall tense areas.
he did not help my lower back pain. but neither did the chiropractor.
he may have made it worse because of his aggressiveness.
this man gerald was a very nice large black man. Was pretty religious.
and did not know how to end the session.finally I gave him a $20.
and left the room not before he asked for a hug.
It was a 90 minute session, which flew by quickly.
I had him work on my back and shoulders.and he also worked on my neck and gluts.
Jeff just came in, he was visiting a friend who brought back

some of his favorite beer from colorado. Which was nice of him. he said 500 homes were
burnt to the ground after the fire swept thru bolder, Colorado.
The fire was put out because the winds died down and
3 foot of snow fell and put out the fire.

Massage is so healthy. It's great that you got one. Years ago, I used to get them but they've become so expensive, it's ridiculous. I've had a couple of massage therapists who were too aggressive. It hurts, and it can be awkward.

Ahh a massage sounds wonderful. Hope that it’s over all helpful.

The fires were just awful. Between that and all the tornadoes I am literally afraid of Mother Nature.

Many hugs my friend

I lost most of the weight that I had gained over the holidays.
so that feels good. work has been crazy busy. but yesterday and today clients were sick and rescheduled for next month others need to call to get
another appointment. I lost one client, she was in her 90's and died just after thanksgiving. nice lady. I will miss her.

She was frail and had multiple problems she suffered from daily head aches and ringing in her ears vertigo these made her quality of life miserable.
I had her as a client for a long time. I spoke with her son and was grateful for my service. Yes it is hard to see them die but she waited until the day after thanksgiving, died peacefully in the night. She was a classy lady whom confided in me....I felt privileged to care for such a nice lady.

hot liquids help a lot, just any liquids help.
hubby thinks I need to be tested again.
he thinks it is a cold. he is in denial.
I tested positive one time with the finger prick one
but it turned into a false positive once we did the
nasal probe and the blood test. which both came out negative for covid.
anyway,
Blah blah blah....
I just want this cough to go away.
my pharmacy said the cough syrup had to be back ordered and would be in tomorrow after 3pm.
