I was at Starbucks this afternoon when my phone rang displaying “private”. The only person who calls me from a private number is my old Pdoc. Sure enough it was her wanting to say a formal good-bye! I told her how much the Klonopin has helped my worried, intrusive thoughts to just disappear. She agreed that it’s good stuff. (She’s retiring in less than a week.) She told me again that I have good insight into my illness, as she often did throughout our ten (10?!) plus years together. She said it was so good that I’m doing so well lately- that she talked with my new nurse practitioner and I am “In good hands”. I wished her a happy retirement and we hung up. I love my new Pdoc already but I’m sure gonna miss my long-time nurse practitioner.

@Moose72 you seem to be handling the change well. It must be quite a transition after 10 years.
