Absolutely not! I've gone in with a list of things to talk about numerous times and it's always been helpful. My pdoc appreciates it because it means I won't have to contact immediately after the session to tell her I forgot _______________ and need help.I think it iis a *smart* thing to do.

Good luck!

No. Whenever I don't do that I forget things and am like oh fluck afterwards. In fact, I have an appointment tomorrow and have to write out what I want to say.

Definitely not. Write down anything you need to. Your pdoc will appreciate you for being so organised.

It is actually a common piece of advice ahead of visiting any doctor.

I have another issue, totally unrelated to bp, that requires scans and a dr. visit every 6 months. I keep a list of running questions in the drafts folder of my email on my phone. That way when I need it it's easily at hand and I don't have to remember where I put the paper. That works well too. I'm sure there are apps that work better but I've never explored.

I like your email draft approach. I live in the email and it would be better for me than yet another app.

I keep a 20 page database of my medical history on my laptop, then make spaces for questions and notes for important appointments.
I should get an iPad so it would be easier to take to appointments.
