an incident happened with a cleint and their neighbor shot his gun in the air several times while i was present. thats all ican tell you abotu it. but its really kicking in my ptsd of childhood trauma with my life threatened and guns.
why today

Took warm shower with good smelling soap. I’m doing laundry and playing with my cats while listening to Zach top too and singing
