I'm not in ticket to work because he'll make too much for me to keep SSI anyway but I'll still be concerned disabled to the state.

Congratulations to him! Will this be full-time? Is it close to home?

It's a commute so he's borrowing a bike and using public transportation. It's part time up to 30 hrs, $18/hr. So I loose SSI and food but keep medical and housing. We've been trying to join family self sufficient program. So he can use that for school but we haven't gotten in yet. Hopefully soon. We have to call tomorrow for that.

Now the problem is there's no one to take me to my appointments his schedule is 8am-7pm. So I have to go back to more pills that don't work best for me. I also have to drop my every two months appointments. Plus any other appointments. If his schedule doesn't allow it. I'm hoping my teeth are okay July. This is a good thing but not completely because of my needs
Possible trigger:
so it'll take some time to get our footing. I start school soon too. So many good things are happening but it's so scary.

That’s exciting! Congrats on the job.

It’s a little scary though they take away SSI and food. Are you sure they’d not at least a little bit? He’ll only be making around 30k a year, will it be enough for two people in a high living cost area?

No they are going to take away food and SSI. We may have a co pay for medical and our rent is 40% of our income but his pay goes up after a month,3 months and 6 months plus when he passes his test. So we'll have just enough to pay for him to finish school pay down our debts, and me to do a boot camp or degree. We can't afford a car or anything like that. Once he finishes his degree he'll make closer to $80k, which is still under area medium income for us. I can start working on an internship in the fall if I get my butt moving if not I can do spring. That's if he likes the job. If not he's going to go back to education. But we have a good Three year plan to get off everything if we can. I may have only a year to complete my degree because Victoria is talking about going back to school. One of us can't be students according to HUD rules. But that's next fall.

Our goal is to buy a small ADA unit near family as they're aging and Victoria wants to go to California. But I won't be able to leave the house in the winters so I'm not sure about moving there. We have 3 years before that decision though.

So H starts next week with a client It's on lt half a day for 2.5 weeks. I hope this is his client not just a client for training. So going back to school was a disaster for me because it caused psychosis because I felt I had to get everything in by deadline. I lost my ability to comprehend and had poverty of speech as well as tons of "positive" symptoms, I was also angry, frustrated and sensitive to stimuli to the point my husbands breathing machine made me run from the room. I felt I had too much blood in my body. But I'm not giving up. I found a school where all but two classes can be self paced. I signed up for the self paced platform for a year. I'll get a certificate for every course I complete.Even if I don't complete it all in a year I can sign up for another year if need be. I had to cancel my coloring class for this but I have to try we won't stay afloat with just H's income. Also it gives me something to do when he's at work. We need to rework bills but I'm waiting until I'm not "elevated" I already yelled at him for thinking about getting a car. I'm suppose to be distressing. I've done 5 courses towards my ux google cert. Will I remember it who knows. It's weird that confusion happens to me because I know I'm very smart, have the tests to prove it lol. Hopefully this works and they don't no longer take the credits next year. My H wanted me to take a boot camp instead because even if I don't understand I can follow directions but I feel that's like a pressure cooker. I'd rater have a bunch of certificates over a year then a boot camp.

Student loans were reformed, Now they will only pay for tuition really,
Possible trigger:
One thing at a time the BBB really changed all our plans. We just have to focus and try.

Oh, I thought you were referring to the better business bureau. That makes more sense! Yes, the student loan changes are horrible. I wouldn't have been able to do gr ad school at all if the laws were like that and I'd also have ended up in bankruptcy when I went on disability and couldn't afford my loan payments anymore. Back then if you had the right documentation from your pdoc you could get your loans forgiven.

It's all a huge mess. Everything. I'm sorry it's already directly impacting you.
