Short of it is I told him some harsh realities about his life. Known each other over 20 years. Know each other very well. He’s a therapist. He won’t reply to my texts anymore or explain his strange emotional manipulations and reading my texts but rarely replying. So I wrote him this: I hope you are okay. Seeing my peer support specialist Thursday. I’ve noticed you haven’t replied to me. Guess it is what it is. Will have to find new friends. Sure wish you well.- still no response. So I feel he’s playing mind games. I cry when I think of him. I’m sick of crying. Caleb says he’s no good for me. Apparently not. How can he be a therapist and still act this way??

Dr Phil used to say not to take other people's inventory. I love that expression! Basically, you cant tell other people what they are doing "wrong" in their life. Which, just to say THAT, is taking inventory! Unless they specifically ask you, i guess.

It’s sad you possibly lost a friendship. It’s never easy. I am a bit confused “telling him harsh reality about his life”. What was the goal of telling him that? Did he ask? And what is the harsh reality?
