I looked at the BMI chart and it said I was right at the charts obesity and overweight at 30 BMI. I am not obese just over weight!
YAY for me.

I weighed 185.7 this morning!
BMI 29 just over weight not obese. yay! bizi

I gained 77 pounds since December 2022. The only thing I started was my Prestiq. I weigh 235 and my doctor wants me at 150. But I have pictures of myself at 158 and I looked sick. So I'm shooting for around 180.
No way would I ever be prescribed weight loss meds with my GI stuff
