Hey, first time on this thread - I haven't been suffering too much with this, but I noticed when I turned 45 this year, it was like the clock turning straight into Hell. This month was a very light period, almost nothing, but omg I am SO bloated - I look like I have a beach ball for a stomach and I hate it so much - I already have body issues, and this just makes me feel worse!

Omg @raspberrytorte - that brain fog thing is 100% legit - I could be talking to someone, and then my mind goes blank, but I can remember that Wil Wheaton was Louis' friend in the Last Starfighter - I thought I was just going nuts!
