I had a feeling my CM would no call/no show on me today. I bet if I went out for a walk or to the library she would be calling saying she's at the door though.

Here’s my first painting from the first day of the weeklong watercolor class. It doesn’t look like the instructors looked but I’m pretty happy with it regardlessBipolar Check-In #93

I got a reduced fee spay aid. I also finally have the credit score to be a home owner now I just have to save money for the down payment. Soon we have to let social services know my husband is working.

My doctors office called and explained more about the surgery. He found a lot of "stuff" on the xrays. So he will just do it laproscopically and go through my stomach with a camera and fix whatrvever needs to be fixed. He said there could be a lot of scar tissue from my hysterectoy.

Afterwaterds I took my blood sugar and it was 181. I fell asleep right after that and I woke up because I was coughing in my sleep.

I feel ok now. My mom says I fell asleep because of how stressed I am. My neighbor was around today and she did some dance around a rock shrine she had built. But she left because her house is uninhabitable rigjt now.

But I have to do the bowel prep that yoi do for colonoscoys the day before, and I have to stop melatonin a week betore and I can't take a valium Friday morning

I guess there is stricure he needs to fix and also some other stuff too he thinks is scar tissue.

The junk removers finally came this morning after being late three (3) times and wasting three hours of my morning. They quoted an absurd $575 to remove the garbage. I sent them packing. I did four loads myself today in shopping carts and will do more early tomorrow morning. My housekeeper arrives at 10:00am and she can do the rest.

I hear you @Nammu on the challenges of navigating the cliques in a large building. I had an intense time of it this Spring. I've been staying out of things tho now and it's improved immensely and i am enjoying my home again. I talked to my friend F today and unfortunately SHE'S in the thick of it with several neighbors. Like i was, she is considering moving.

There are advantages and disadvantages of socializing with neighbors. They are easy-access, and it can be spontaneous. But if things go wrong, you're stuck hating your home and dreading seeing them around the building.

I must say tho that it's been effortless to break up with L, my one close neighbor of 12 years. It was always ME pursuing the relationship tho. It should not really be a surprise that now that i've stopped we have nothing to do with each other. She's just two doors down but i've only encountered her in the hallway a couple times. Such a relief to have her out of my life! So happy that it was a simple matter. I don't miss her, she was such a leach.

I only slept 2 hours last night between midnight and two. I had shortness of breath throughout the night which was freaking me out. I used cpap, pillows, inhaler, and fan blowing. I’m very frustrated. I’m waiting on appointment with pulmonologist. I haven’t slept good in weeks.

Today was a down day. I was really sleepy. Thank goodness that I didn’t have any appointments today.

I got the anthology one of my short stories is published in in the mail today. It's a horror comedy anthology. I started reading it, and it actually is pretty funny! I mean, two of the stories I read made me laugh outloud, so that's cool.

Wow. When I got my cat Ariel 2 years ago, she was 2 1/2 and had never been to a vet! My mom’s former dance student was fostering her basically. However, Ariel didn’t get along with her other cats. With me she’s just perfect- we were made for each other. My friend Caleb says she’s “Cat hardware running dog software”. she comes when called from the other room, for one thing! She’s very smart. I took her to the vet to be spayed the first few days I had her and had a voucher for under $100 spaying and her previous owner/my mom’s former student paid the fee! That vet also gave her a rabies shot as we told her Ariel had never been to the vet. They asked if we wanted her ear tipped and I said “Certainly not! She’s not feral! She’s a pet.” They cut the tip off cats’ left ears to show they’ve been neutered/spayed- for feral wild cats so you can tell they’ve been “fixed”.

I woke up about an hour ago with stomach pain. I turned on the TV since no one could bother me about it. I had some pumpkin apple sauce thinking it would help.

I forget all you eat with a bowel prep. I know people on here have had to do it and I did it a year ago. Jello that isn't red I know.

Thank you @Crazy Hitch ! Sorry for the late reply was pretty busy yesterday evening

I’m doing well. Slept amazing last night. 10 hours of good quality sleep according to my Fitbit. I feel good.

Heading to the pharmacy in a little while to pick up my Thorazine. They’re always out of stock of it because every time I have to get it it’s delayed because it has to be ordered. I’ve been on it like 5 years or longer. I guess it’s such an old med they don’t keep it in stock since most people aren’t on it. Don’t have that problem with any of my other meds, they’re always in stock right away.

Anyway, today will be day 2 of the watercolor classes. Excited to paint later! Will post what I paint tonight.

I had some bizarre dreams last night I think because of therapy yesterday going into my past and whatnot kind of got in my subconscious so it all ended up playing out in my dreams in a big weird mix of craziness.

Hope you’re all having a great week! Oh and sorry if I don’t add hugs to every post, I use Tapatalk for the forums mostly now and it doesn’t have the hug button option only the thanks button option. So even if I don’t hug a post I still care about all you

I swear I’m not smoking or eating edibles but my dreams,…wow! Psychedelic! But I awake rested, so all is good. Get great entertainment for free.

Blue bird I’m looking forward to your watercolor work. I miss blueberry’s art work. Hope she’ll be back soon.

I got new shoe laces for my white Nikes I got from Platos closet. They were in perfect conditon besides the shoe laces.

I think I need to chill out about the working out. My stomach feels weird.

Same here, haha. (Also almost an exact list of my intake when I'm restricting, just replace sprite with seltzer water and tea and add canned salmon and rice cakes)

I miss blueberry too. I hope she's getting some good rest and support wherever she is.

Feeling okay. It’s a Curriculum Day so no students! We start with a meeting for the first hour. Then 3 hours free planning time. I’ll mark my classes World War 1 tests. Then a meeting for an hour. Then I’m doing pizza making. Don’t know if I will even eat the pizza because they’re giving us lunch and the pizza making activity is straight after lunch. Not very well thought out.

I'm home from work today. I had a podiatrist appointment in the middle of the day so just took the whole day off. I'm glad I did because I really needed the rest this morning. And, I can get some things done that I don't have the energy to do after a work day.

The doctor thinks I have a morton's neuroma which, if I understand it correctly, is some type of irritation of the nerve which causes symptoms. The doctor gave me some pads to wear on the ball of my feet for a few days and (tw: needles)

Possible trigger:

The doctor was nice. I'm not sure if this is the only issue or not, but hopefully it is and this treatment will work. I go back in a month to report back if today's treatment did the trick.

Sometimes it’s nice to just take the day off June08! I do that sometimes too when I have an appointment in the middle of the day. Much easier than trying to go to work in the morning or trying to go in in the afternoon. Hopefully the treatment the doctor gave you works.

My uncle called and my mom told him about the neighbor and my stuff. And my mom said "I think he's scared "

I'm trying to distract myself and I did send a message to my pdoc. My therapist wanted me to. I feel ok right now but I wae sick earlier. I'm not sure why I couldnt stay awake this morning. But I'm awake now

I knew contacting my Pdoc would jusy be a waste of time. He doedn't want too add or increase anything because he doesn't want it to interferre with the anesthia.

My nausea is like an 11 so I express ordered every kind of nausea med I could find from Walmart.

Btw don't google the inside of a kangaroos pouch.

My doctor will fix the stricture and eveything he can do. But if theres a more complicated issue I'll have to go to another hospital for a second surgery.
