Ok....today I feel quite irritated....very much so. I guess I should have taken my meds like I'm suppose to.

My t is trying to convince me to do it for myself, but I'm stubborn and I just don't feel like doing it.

Thanks for listening,

Jackie

hiya. I am not feeling so great today either, but last time I missed my meds even a couple days, I started feeling horrible- flew into a manic state and a mixed state which is almost worse. I don't know if one dose will help you or not. Can you call the psych. ER to at least talk to a nurse?

I'm feeling better now.....I think I'm getting back to a level period. The weird thing is I woke up Saterday and felt great. I had energy, I wasn't irritable, and my mind wasn't racing. It was like a switch was flipped. That's the terrible thing about these mood swings is they are so drastic.

Thanks for caring. I really appreciate it.

I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner but I happenend to be feeling very irratable too. But just like you I'm feeling fine again. Its crazy how one day we can be so angry and the next day everything is fine and we can handle anything. I'm glad you're feeling better Feeling very irritable

Thank you both for your responses.

The funny thing is I haven't been taking my meds like I should for a long time and the more I don't take them the more I think I can do this on my own.

Like it was my meds that was making me worse instead of the other way around.

I know it might not make sense, but I'm sure my psychiatrist is going to have a hey day with me on Wednesday when she finds out I haven't been taking my meds like I should.

Sometimes I wish my Therapist would just call her and talk to her, herself, because I don't see what she sees.

Maybe I'll ask her to. She already has permission to, both on her end and on the other end.

Thanks,
