I am so tired of being like this-I'm not sleepy well, I am depressed and feel like bawling my eyes out, but I can't seem to make that happen. I am so exhausted, I am numb but at the same time I can feel things-makes no sense I know-I am angry I am sad I am hurt, I am alot of things today, I have no control over things and I can not stand it anymore-I need control over something-I just want to cry. I want out of this body. Anyone ever feel like this, I have so much anger inside today.

I know how you feel, noone understands unless they are us. Are you diagnosed bipolar? I am being assessed by the psych team first encounter today, but it explains the way I have been for years. Do you feel irritable all the time? sometimes i get a positive outburst in the bleak of feeling trapped in an irrational mind. are you on any medications? does anything you do distract you from how you are feeling?, because i can't escape.

Yes I have been diagnosed bipolar for two years now, but have really had it my whole life, I started cutting at age 15 and stopped for like two years but I am back to it again, I take Prozac and Zyprexa as of now, but they are trying to get me on some different meds right now. I am very irritable at times and I have outbursts of energy at times. Hope you can get some relief when you have your appt today.
