All I did when I got home was scream at my kids and my partner- they never do it right, I am so stressed out. I screamed and yelled and beat my fists up against the walls and cried my eyes out. I hate these moods- I can not see a therapist until August- how am I going to make it thru July? Between the SI and my yelling and anxiety attacks I am so frustrated- I hate myself. How can a person be depressed and scream and yell and SI and have anxiety attacks all at one damn time? Help!!

I guess punching walls is better than people. Purple, I am not familiar with online lingo...what is "SI"?

I don't think you've ever answered what meds you currently take. So, what do you take?

I hope you calm down. Man, I hate depression. I'd rather have a broken leg or something else. I hope you can make it through this soon.

I am off all meds and do not see my Pdoc till August- SI is Self Injury

Hey buddy, my advice is to practice controling your anger. Those who anger you control you buddy. Try reading if you can, get interested in something to take your mind off things. I like to collect photos online and to make videos. I also like to surf and talk with my friends on facebook and myspace and bebo. I am pretty much a member all over just to keep my own mind busy.

You can make it thru July. Stay strong in the struggle and remember your scars are your victories. When you feel the need to SI, get some paper and a pen and start to write your feelings down on paper, it really helps to journal. They also have private online journal websites and you can download your own personal journal online for free too at download.com

These are just some suggestions. I too SI, and have since 14 and I am now 33. I have bipolar and social anxiety too so it keeps me home bound alot. I just try to listen to music and surf the web and I read the bible.com website as well.

Remember GOD only gave you 1 body buddy, and your not suppose to destroy it. Confide in the Lord if you have to, pray more, and remember not to hold everything inside, talk with a close friend, or even quietly to yourself, or of course write your thoughts down and lock them away in a safe place.

I despise the wide & strange mood swings. Just doesn't seem fair to experience so many emotions at once. I'm sorry you have to wait until August to see a T. Are you currently seeing a Pdoc for medications? I hope you come here for some support meanwhile. PM me ANYTIME, k???
