I was level for 2 days in a row, now i feel like I am losing it again. I can't think straight. I want this to pass. I feel very down but i dont want my family to know. I dont want them to know how unstable I am right now. I wish i could fade away right now. Everything makes me cry. I need to get out of this state of mind. I have others to care for and I dont want people who do not understand depression to know. When you are bipolar it is not always situational. The meds i take now already make my stomach upset , I dont want any more meds. I hate having so many meds around, I feel like a pharamacy. I don't want pills around now but I have no choice.

i totally know what you're feeling and hope you feel better soon. Its awful to feel a certain way and not know what to do. Maybe tryin to stay busy would help... just a thought. Once in a while that makes me feel better.

Thanks rem,

I can't seem to get myself motivated today. Got lots to do but no drive. Hoping this state will leave me. Thanks again for the encouragement.

Hope today is better. Every day is a new day. Fresh, with no mistakes. Good luck!

You are so kind and caring. I know I can be honest here that is why I posted today. I am trying to smile but I am crying on the inside.

Thanks again,
Leslie

If I may, I'd like to offer a suggestion. It was suprisingly helpful to me. I hope it will do the same for you, if you are inclined to give it a shot. A few weeks ago I was having a really bad time swinging up and down and finally found myself at the end of my rope, just wishing it would stop. So I put on some loud music, closed the curtains, and curled up on the couch under a blanket and just listened to the music for hours. Later, I had the first good sleep I'd had in about 3 weeks and the next day I felt so much better I could hardly believe it. HTH - take care.

trance music...( like you would hear in a club in hollywood where eveyone is on X ) that is the thing i have found that helps me the most lately during a down period... the music is repetitive, and hypnotizing! you should try it.

Music i will have to try that , when no one is around. Finding the right kind of music will be a challenge. Some types make depression worse for me.

Dear Angie,

I like the music idea. My psychologist had me one time go to my safe place and it ended up being heaven. He said that heaven is not usually the place people think of when they are under hypnosis.

Thanks for helping,
Leslie
