Okay so, I had group today.. No really sure I going to get what I want from it and but I not going to give up. (Yet) I tend feeling confused after.

But the reason why I'm posting is because since my last post on Saturday I have been fantastic , I mean like nothing getting me down great. Okay I have lost my temper a few time but I've bounced back.

The thing is I went on a date last night, and they guy seems to be great, good looking, a gent etc,
I'm going with the flow. But we all know what happens.
They turns in to pricks we are there's for life. They to nice we hate them.
So what I want to do because even tho I can't see things straight for what they are sometimes.
Is I'm going to start writing a blog in here about it.
Because we may not see things for ourselves but when it comes to advice I think we a pretty god damn good at it.

This is only one date so far, so don't want to jump the gun. But I want to continue likening this guy even if he sips his tea funny.
So I don't expect a comment every time I right stuff but if I write something and it seems Irrational I want some one to slap me so I don't ruin things this time.

Is this okay with you guys to write about this? I just know how we think. And I want to be happy.
Although I don't think I deserve sometimes. I know deep down I do.

Look that's how easy love turns to hate, apparently it's called BPD.
I shouldn't laugh but I feel great so I will hahaha .

I just want help controlling these stupid emotion things.

Sweetie I've emailed you, all about it any way .

We are the best advice because we know when we are being nuts about stuff. It's just how we control it.

I feel pretty hyper right now. And have the past few days. I love it but it scares the hell out if me too. But I would rather be this way then feel like I have nothing to live for.

I would love to read how things go and how you feel about it.
I want to say to remove the thought that they all turn into pricks.
I always think that all they want is to get into my pants; and I am 52 yrs old!

I hope to learn a thing or two from your posts. Thanks for the offer.

Whoops, I hadn't checked my email yet when I wrote that...Thanks for the update! LOL

I love the hyper-ness, but yes, it can feel scary at times! And so much better than feeling worthless!

Is there a way to remove the "getting into your pants" thought? I distrust so much that I feel that way too!

This is such a good idea. Even when you don't get comments or advice, truth is, sometimes writing down/journaling about something is really good therapy in and of itself. Not only that sometimes in the heat of the moment while we are in the midst of it we may not see the solution and if we just move on, we never come back to it. With a record of your feelings and the event itself, you can come back to it more objectively too. Of course, it will always be good to get comments too but I'm just adding this thought
