Completely numb, feel absolutely nothing. Given the things going on in my life I should be angry, depressed, sad or crying. Feel like I have completely shut down. Started slamming dishes yesterday into dishwasher. Went to store yesterday and on way home I stopped to get a drink at burgerking, the girl overfilled the cup and when she handed it to me the soda spilled onto me, I completely lost it and gave her and the manager a piece of my mind. Had trouble falling asleep last night because sound of crinkling from pillow and my cat breathing. I did four miles on my elliptical thinking it would make me feel better about myself or a least good for trying to do something positive, nothing. Just feel so very empty. Scared of what is coming next, nosedive back into depression and wanting to go to sleep forever.

after such an emotional day like you've had it's understandable to kind of "shut off" for a bit. it's natural. Try to cope with it and let it run it's course. It will pass, just like every other mood, good and bad.
