As my last tread got deleted this post is clearly for just BPD related songs.
So if the song reminds you of your illness and only BPD then share it here.

We all find it hard to explain our emotions and they way we feel to others so maybe these songs can be shared with love ones to help them understand.

Here it goes

Colour blind

I don't have access to the "tube" today at work but I had to post this one. I'm almost positive this singer suffers from BPD and this song relates to things that have strong implications of it. Now if you watch her latest video please understand that it could quite possibly be triggering ok?

Look up Meg Myers: Curb Stomp (curbstomp?)

enjoy. She's also hot but that's another subject altogether
Thanks for this!

Oh for those that dont' want to be triggered by the video here are the lyrics:

Curbstomp

I'm a sinner
I’m a liar
Want forgiveness
But I'm tired
I'm addicted to the fire
Let go, I'm ready for it
Let go, I’m ready

I'm a victim
I'm a coward
Try to wake up
Don't have the power
I'm a daughter in the choir
Let go, I'm ready for it
Let go, I'm ready

Oh Oh Oh Oh

I'm a shadow
I'm a creeper
Want forgiveness
Getting weaker
I'm addicted to the fever
Let go, I'm ready for it
Let go, I'm ready

I'm a danger
I'm a cipher
Try to wake up
No desire
I'm a daughter in the choir
Let go, I'm ready for it
Let go, I'm ready

Oh Oh Oh Oh

No no no eyes baby
No no no mind baby
No no no smile baby
No no no lies

Lay me down tonight
No lies
Lay me down tonight
Lay me down tonight
Lay me, lay me, lay me, lay me down tonight

Blood I want it
Giving up the fight
Blood I want it
Lay me down tonight
Blood i want it
Take me to the sky
Blood I want it
Everything's alright now

~Meg Myers

I thought it was a great way to describe BPD. I've found it.

I personally did not find it a trigger.

The song "Fear and Loathing" by Marina and the Diamonds is a good BPD song. She mentions that she has been many people (identity issues), how she feels like people are against her (that paranoia we sometimes get), and in the chorus she speaks about how she doesn't want to hate herself anymore, she just wants to be free. At least, that's how I interpret it.

I don't know if this would be a trigger song or not, (there is the a-word in there, and some lyrics that pose a BRIEF mention sui, so IDK !) but Alanis Morrisette "Eight Easy Steps"

Hello everyone
I actually relate to Lenka's song "The show" especially this part of the song..

I'm just a little bit caught in the middle
Life is a maze and love is a riddle
I don't know where to go, can't do it alone
I've tried and I don't know why

I'm just a little girl lost in the moment
I'm so scared but I don't show it
I can't figure it out, it's bringing me down
I know I've got to let it go and just enjoy the show

Thanks for this!

Well, it's not a song, but I wrote a poem about bpd. It's called The Void, and you can check it out in the Creative Corner if you're interested.

Oh, all right, a song. Mmm. Hmm. Oh, I know! Falling Inside the Black, by Skillet.

Wait. I have it. Confession(What's Inside my Head) by Red.

I can see
And I still feel
But not the way I want to
I'm on the edge
I don't know how
I can escape this nightmare!
