Just feel lost right now. Some times I dont feel anything and other times im all over the place. Im at work right now trying to hold it together but not doing well, it makes me feel better reading other peoples posts knowing im not the only one helps i guess.

This isn't the worst day iv had at work but its still pretty bad. Dose anyone have any tips that could help me though my shift?

The only thing i do is take extra cigarette breaks lol

I'm really sorry you feel like that, and I totally empathize with you. I feel like that a lot as well.
