I can't do DBT because it cost a lot of money so my therapist said I could do a group that's like DBT, but it's cheaper and called "Wise Minds". How well do these therapy groups work? Is there generally a lot of people in them?

Basically this group practices some of the skills of DBT, but you can go to the group for how ever long you want and you go once a week, but don't need to see your therapist every week. Idk if it's just my facility that does this or if a lot of places do it.

It's probably worth a try. I don't know how many people would be in it though because I'm sure it varies.
