Your husband calls you from camping and tells you to eat something before you come down as there isn't much food and you cry hysterically and refuse to go. Then have to text your therapist cos your emotions start to overwhelm you.... over food??? It's times like these I feel super crazy!

I feel like this too. Hopefully I won't make you angry, but I just want to tell you that I know what you are going through. I too fly off the hand at little things but they seem so huge at the time! Sometimes I think I am just going insane. and I keep talking myself into failure. It's time to change and look for a better life.

Definitely. I have issues with punctuality. I have to be on time (or more likely early) or I get very anxious.

At least I ain't alone x I hate it x my bf arrives 5 mins late I panic , bus turns up late wen tho outta my control I panic , if train is late I go into a full on frenzy and feel ate up inside xxx it's horrible !!! Cos then am annoyed until my bf txts me or something good cheers me ul for a small period of time lol x
