When you and your T spend a ton of time and effort fighting insurance company so you can continue therapy, yet you still have times when you think your T doesn't care and/or want her to go away

When a good morning text from a family member pisses you off because what right do they have to wish you a good morning..... when you curse Facebook for showing you other peoples' happy, life loving posts because you know what right do they have to be so damned happy

Oh man... and its kind of sad because its anyone who is helping you.

when ur bf comes over for snuggles and u end up sleeping early AND NOT CHATTING MUCH. DESPITE ONLY SEEING HIM TWICE WEEKLY... and feeling like a **** buddy and used and full of hate x

A moderator deletes one of your perfectly acceptable comments (on a different forum) and you immediately feel the anger pulsing out from your chest to your head and the tips of your fingers, and you wish you knew who did it so you could tell them why they were wrong and then punch them. Or is that just me?

When you think you hurt someones feelings (someone you care about and are trying to maintain one of your few maintainable friendships) and you apologize and they demand to know why you always think their feelings were hurt, and you suddenly realize, they are pissed off and for the last couple of days, have been punishing you with silence.......and you get sooooooooo angry, you gleefully (GLEEFULLY) say the VERY thing that will piss them off even more...."whatever. nevermind. roll the f...k on with your unnecessary, pointless anger you passive aggressive tw*t" and 2 minutes later, STILL don't regret it, but know.....eventually you will.

It's too damn hard. I'd rather be alone.

And another one bites the dust.

When you're so used to grabbing "the wrong end of stick" that you've given it a name and its own parking space....

I feel like I'm in a room full of friends, I actually feel quite giddy that there's people like me who I can relate to so much in one place!!
After I read each post I'm like yeah that's me
Wish we all didn't have mental health problems but its nice not to feel alone once in a while....great thread

You can't even name one decent relationship and trustful relationship that you have.
