I'm debating on calling my p doc. ... I'm out of one meditation but I don't want to take it anymore. ... it's not effective anymore.

Do you have anything to distract you? A good book, arts and crafts, puzzles, etc to take your mind off things. Hope you feel better soon

Now I'm hurting even more.... and thinking what have I done. I almost changed my world changing others peoples' worlds. Sorry for being critic but I don't want to say what I'm thinking. .... its just to scary.
