I recently got into practicing yoga and I've found that it does wonders for my mind. It's helped me relax every time. I follow along with videos on youtube while I practice. Has anyone else tried this? I really recommend it for help keeping intense emotions under control since it utilizes mindfulness, which a lot of us know is a core part of DBT. I find it easier than meditation since it's more active and still produces a similar effect.

Search "Yoga with Adriene" on youtube. She does lots of different yoga videos. I put them in a playlist and watch them on my phone as I do the exercises alongside her.

Yes, I do Yoga and find it quite helpful. I try to use my breath as I move and this resets my anxiety and fear buttons. It is a good way to practice the DBT breathing exercises.

I totally agree with how you say it "resets" you. It helps me become so much more clear minded and more easily able to communicate with people too, if I'm feeling anxious.
