Could everyone please tell me that I'm going to be ok? I know logically I will, but I've been having severe anxiety today (had an anxiety attack last night as well). My thoughts were racing with my fears of abandonment.

The culprit is likely my med, and I just now took clonidine to slow my heartrate so I'm waiting for that to kick in.

I just need to know that I'm ok and that I'm not alone. I know a lot of you have experienced anxiety too. It's awful but we can do this together, can't we?

Hey

I feel you, sometimes we feel so alone and so afraid. You will be OK, we are here and people are there, sometimes we feel really really bad for a while but there is always someone to rely on, someone to help. You are not alone and you will be OK.

Hang on in there
Thanks for this!

You're going to be okay ~ this anxiety will get better soon. Have you tried any of the distraction ideas? The list is SO long, but here's a link that might help ease your anxiety.

Very best wishes and gentle hugs sent your way.

Thank you everyone, I needed that. My anxiety is a lot better now (finally) than it was for the majority of the day.

Sadly I do think I'm going to quit taking Latuda. My system needs a break.

We can get through this anxiety no matter what.

Update: I took benadryl to sleep and slept decently. I woke up thinking the anxiety had passed but only 20 mins later it sprung back up. I think the med is still partially in my system.

I may go to the hospital later today to get help because I can't even eat and feel on the verge of vomiting.

I've recently had a change in my medication and dealing with my psychiatrist not giving me the dosage of Xanax that works for me so I run out too soon. I was thinking of going to the hospital because I've been really anxious and dizzy
