After more than 10 years and being rediagnosed now, I think I'm finally coming to terms with the BPD diagnosis.
Had a moment of peace yesterday when I realized I'm freaking out over a label, it doesn't change who I am or how far I've come.

Now, to deal with life's issues I'll need extra strenght. I have a hard time being assertive without coming off as a bit agressive, and I need to be assertive with my pdoc, and decide to either change pdocs or ask for a second opinion.

I know I'm new here, so you guys don't know me, but wish me luck please.
