I'm not even hungry, but I can't stop thinking about food. This happens the same time every day, and it's torture..I binge eat usually once a day right before going to sleep, then sometimes eat every time I wake up. It depends on whether I decide to throw it up again.
Now it seems like even if I make a huge effort to control the eating I can't control my thoughts. No matter what I do I just feel drained and I'm just constantly forcing myself to focus on things other than food. This anxiety is just really awful, I wish it would stop! |

i have been bingeing a lot lately too, i dont know if it is the new meds or what so i dont know if i have an answer for you but i think the key may be distraction. if you have a certain time that you binge, make sure you are not around food then. plan on being out for a walk, in the shower, doing anything else but being around food. the other thing i have done is not buy junk, calorie laden food. i have healthy low calorie food so when i do binge, at least it is on good food, lower in calories. i hope this helps some.
