Made a simple meal from childhood

I made peanut butter oatmeal cookies.

I’ll keep that in mind.

It was an ebook I found on an app called Libby through my public library.

I dreamt of her today. She was hiding with somewhat of a motherly version of me in a room without windows. There was war outside the room. Enemy soldiers were taking over the building and I couldn't reach them. There was a phone in their room though and I called them and the mother figure and I briefly talked. I could't help her last night, but I'm kind of excited that there is a phone in the room with them. I think that that is a good sign. We can use that connection and build on it. Maybe one day I can help them leave that room.

I validate all the emotional pain I had experienced today by letting myself know that I am not at fault for other people bad behavior.

One about a cat on a mat, one about a girl who wanted to be a baby, and one about Christmas at nursery

I wrote a letter to my inner child and apologized for the abuse my inner child went through.

I checked out 3 books from the kids’ drawing section at the library!

I hugged my Dad and my Stepmum.
